Job Descriptions :

• Define development plan for team members to meet organization needs according to the -required competencies
• Lead & Manage team members, coaching, performance monitoring, provide feedback and guidance
• Develop and implement strategy to acquire new customer (retail/fleet)
• Arrange activities both online and offline to achieve the KPI targets from company
• Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps

Qualifications :

• 3 years experience as 4 wheels automotive sales supervisor
• Active in digital is an added value
• Demonstrate ability to lead and manage team
• Critical thinking skills and strong knowledge of analytics
• Maximum age 30 years
• Able to work with targets and likes challenges
