Job Descriptions :
- Managing team member in achieving daily target including : planting, fertilizing, watering, until harvesting several plants such as rubber plant, melon, and banana
- Solving problem effectively & efficiently
- Giving feedback, coaching & counseling to team members (daily performance, company regulations, work safety)
- Make improvements to optimize daily operation
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree from Agrotechnology with GPA min. 3,00
- Having at least 1 year working experience as foreman in plantation industries (Rubber & fruits) with good record in planting, fertilizing, watering and harvesting
- Expert in handling pests, molds and another plant’s disease
- Have agility and excellent in an under pressure environment
- Willing to be located in Kabupaten Bandung Barat
