Job Description

The responsibilities as HR Operation Officer are : do end to end employee administrative process (Employees in – Employees out), maintain good industrial relations, handling employee benefits, keep employee data updated, research and updating HR policies and maintain HR system management

 

 

 

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor degree from Law or Psychology with GPA 3,00
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic understanding of overall HR operations
  • Basic understanding of industrial relations management
  • Basic understanding of applicable labor laws in Indonesia
  • Basic skills in using MS. Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Others)
  • Willing to be located in Bandung
