Job Description
A Litigation Officer will responsible in handling both litigation & non-litigation cases. Making coordination with stake holders, attending court room in facing legal dispute, giving legal opinion for management related with legal matters and documenting all legal dispute cases
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor or Master degree from Law with GPA 3,20
- Certified as a Lawyer (PKPA) would be an advantage
- 3 years working experience as Litigation Staff in retail industry
- Have good negotiation skill
- Have wide networking both with Police Department and District Court-including judges and prosecutors
- Have good attention to details
- Willing to travel around Indonesia
- Willing to be located in Bandung
